I was at my first big Barbershop event up in Bolton Landing and GHG was performing. I was new to SAI and still not sure about all these folks singing on every street corner and at all hours of the day and evening. The evening program was going a bit long and I was not sure how I could stay up and keep listening- mind you all the people around me were enthralled and I thought to myself "is this for me?" Well the last group up was GHG. I can still remember just being pulled off my seat and so amazed by what I was hearing. You guys did some sort of Jamaican song- Day-o maybe- I remember Rob had some sort of wig on- I was crying it was so funny. I have never looked back and have been singing and loving BBS since then. GHG did it for me and I can't thank you enough.
